Developed with an obsession for preserving the natural landscape — over 1,400 trees surveyed, every mature oak protected — our resort was designed around nature first, and built outward from there.

Rooted in the Land. Built to Last.
Before a single road was graded, we surveyed over 1,400 trees and built the entire resort around protecting them. Invasive cedars were cleared to let the native oaks flourish, groundwater replenish, and the land breathe — the way it was meant to.
A natural stream circulates our 3-acre lake, rainwater harvested from 20,000 sq ft of rooftop feeds our landscaping, solar panels offset a third of our energy use, and every retaining wall is built from native Texas rock found right on our land. This place doesn’t just sit in nature — it belongs to it.
